CPR, AED, AND FIRST AID CLASSES

You can become a lifesaver by learning CPR.

  • Bystander CPR provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest can double a victim's chance of survival.

  • 88 percent of cardiac arrests occur at home which means the life you save by knowing CPR is likely to be someone close to you -- a child, a spouse, a parent or a friend.

HANDS-ONLY CPR: LEARN IN MINUTES BY WATCHING THIS FREE VIDEO:

Hands-only CPR is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. You can learn the basics of hands-only CPR in a brief online video from the American Heart Association. The AHA has determined any attempt at CPR is better than no attempt and hands-only CPR has been shown to be as effective as conventional CPR with mouth-to-mouth in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest.
